SHIPPING / EXCHANGE POLICY
- All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorization.
- Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs.5,000.
- We charge Rs.200 on all orders under the value of Rs.5,000.
- Delivery time is between 4 to 7 working days. However delivery can take up to 10 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events subject to the provision of a valid address within Pakistan.
- We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes. In case of COD (cash on delivery), delivery shall only be made against cash payment in full. A signature will be required upon delivery of goods to you.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- We at Balance focus on quality product. If for any reason, you feel the product is not up to the mark, you have the option to have your items exchanged.
- Exchange of goods is at the user’s cost.
- Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt of your goods. This includes return transit time to our warehouse.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed and have all original tags attached. We cannot accept items that have distinct odours or signs of wear and tear. We assess all returns on this basis and if your item fails this assessment it will be returned to you.
- No exchange on discounted items and accessories.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process.
- BALANCE reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined payment, or inaccurate pricing.
